Horizon Europe: Systemic approaches to accelerate transformative change for biodiversity
Halting biodiversity loss takes more than better practices on the ground. It takes change in the rules of the system: incentives, governance, data and the way decisions are made. This Horizon Europe topic funds research that maps how actors, value chains and knowledge shape land use, and pilots approaches that make nature-positive decisions the default.

- Regional networks across our coverage regions
- A trusted framework for sharing land use and biodiversity data
- Experience in EU consortia and regional funding instruments
